New England BioSearch was founded in 2002 by Marion Langan in Andover, MA. The objective was to form a highly specialized recruiting firm focusing on New England’s Biotechnology companies. The consultants would have the unique blend of scientific industry experience and recruiting industry experience thus providing a standard of excellence that was second to none. The result being, the right person for the right company every time!

In the science industry, Ms. Langan worked as a bench chemist, a chromatography consultant and in medical equipment sales. Afterwards, she entered the recruiting profession as a Biotech contract recruiting specialist for 2 years followed by 11 years of permanent placement both in Biotechnology and high tech.

Ms. Langan holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA.; an M.S. degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, N.H.; and an MBA from Northeastern University, Boston, MA.
